    “Zadvarje ist ein ein kleines Bergdorf, ca. 15 Minuten vom Meer weg und vor allem von den überlaufenen, lauten Touristenstädten und Stränden. Man findet in der Umgebung von Brela bis Omiś so manch kleine, versteckte Badebucht.
    Die Autobahn ist in wenigen Kilometern zu erreichen und damit der schnelle Anschluss an viele sehenswerte Städte und Ausflugsziele gegeben. Im Ort gibt es eine Tankstelle, eine Konoba, mehrere kleine Obst- und Gemüsestände, einen kleinen Einkaufsladen inkl. Bäcker, einen Spielplatz mit Tischtennisplatte und ein Basketballfeld. In Zadvarje starten Rafting- und Canyoningtouren auf dem Fluss Cetina - wer ein bisschen Abenteuer sucht und fit ist, sollte unbedingt eine Canyoningtour machen (Der Vermieter selbst ist Gide und wird euch gerne bei der Planung helfen). Dienstag gibt es immer einen Markt, von Lebensmitteln über Handwerksgut bis zu lebendem Vieh kann man dort alles erstehen. Richtung Meer kommt nach ca. 5 Kilometern die Konoba Roco, diese ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr leckere, große Gerichte in einem urgemütlichen Ambiente zu guten Preisen.
    Insgesamt ein Örtchen zum Erholen, Durchschnaufen und guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen und Badetage.”
