The authentic, very beautifully restored water mill from the 15th century lies at the end of a valley, on the Agout river bed, in a pristine spot 460 metres above sea level, far away from noise and road traffic, but just 20 minutes from Castres (Département Tarn, Midi-Pyrénées region), with all the necessary shopping facilities. The holiday apartment is a semi-detached house for two people, with around 38m² of living space. It has a living and dining room with TV (TNT), a comfortable sofa, a table and four chairs, and a lovely, fully-equipped kitchen. The mezzanine on the first floor has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and an armchair that can be pulled out as a single bed (100 x 200cm). A cot is available on request. The apartment also affords a view of the river. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. There are radiators that heat the whole apartment. Free wireless Internet access is available. The apartment is accessed through its own separate entrance from the terrace, which provides garden furniture.
