Inviting holiday home on the hills of Montegranaro, just 10 km from the sandy beaches of Civitanova and with panoramic views of meadows and olive trees.

The large fenced garden has an exclusive hot tub for three people and a barbecue area equipped for outdoor dining. For shared use with the guests of IMK177 and IMK178 are a large swimming pool, a children's playground, an outdoor area and a small gym. The owner lives in a separate house next door. Ideal base for exploring the central part of the Marche region and for visiting Fermo, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, the famous seaside resort of Porto Recanati and the regional park of Monte Conero. The Marche region produces excellent wines and olive oil, and its cuisine is tasty and varied. The pool is about 50 metres from IMK159.
About 25 km away is the beautiful city of Macerata, whose symbol is the Sferisterio, an arena where an interesting opera season of international importance is organised. Here you can also visit the art gallery in Palazzo Ricci and the Torre Civica with its astronomical clock in the charming Piazza della Libertà. From the top of the tower, the panoramic view of the city and the surrounding countryside as far as the sea is of unrivalled beauty.
The nearby town of Monte San Giusto is also worth a visit and during the Clown & Clown Festival (end of September) it lights up in a thousand colours in an atmosphere full of joy.
Here you can also visit the beautiful Palazzo Bonafede and the church of Santa Maria della Pietà. To make your holiday even more interesting, the owners can organise a pizza-making course for you on request.

    Ein schönes großes Haus mit sehr großem Garten. Ein eigener Jacuzzi und ein sehr gepflegter, sauberer Pool in 100m Entfernung. Auch wenn die Vermieter direkt vor Ort sind, hat man seine Privatsphäre.”

    “Schöne, sehr ruhige Lage. Liegt etwas abseits, Sand- oder Kiesstrand ist aber sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Obwohl man mit den Besitzern auf einem Grund gewohnt hat, hatte man dennoch seine Ruhe. Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren in Ordnung.”
