Apartment in Cabrera De Mar with Private Parking

The 50 m² holiday flat is located on the top floor of a three storey residential building, only a stone's throw from the beach. The flat was last renovated in 2013 and can accommodate four to five people.

The balcony can be accessed from the living room. It is furnished with a table and chairs and grants views of the communally used inner courtyard with a covered ping pong table and a playground. Covered parking is available at the building.

The holiday flat offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and the second one with a bunk bed (0.90 x 1.90 m) and an additional single folding bed (0.80 x 1.80 m). The single bed is accessed by a ladder. The master bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe and grants access to the balcony. The modern bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. The bright kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a washing machine and a coffee maker. The adjacent living room offers a folding dining table and four chairs, a sofa with extendable foot rests on either end and a flat screen television. Wireless internet access is available free of charge. Small dogs are permitted.

It is only 200 meters to the ocean and the supermarket and public transport. This bus stop services Barcelona (about 25 km) every ten minutes. It is 100 meters to restaurants and 1 km to the town centre of Cabrera de Mar. The apartment is ideal for a beach holiday and a visit to Barcelona.
