This stone holiday villa is very spacious and is situated at the gateway to Grasse, the world renowned town of fragrances, and Cabris, a small typical overlooking village. It is located on a large wooded terraced land and offers a breathtaking view over Grasse and the sea in the distance, as well as the surrounding forests. A waterfall flows gently beside the pool and the music is installed in the summer kitchen, which is designed for large family meals. A huge game room in the basement will allow you to play pool. For the amateurs, a table tennis and table football are available in the annexes. You will be near the center of the village of Cabris, with its restaurants and small typical streets, and the 18-hole golf course of Claux Anic on the nearby hill. The ancient town of Grasse is 5km away, Mandelieu, Antibes are 20 km, the beaches of the French Riviera, Cannes and the Croisette are only 24km away.

    “De slaapkamers waren beneden alle verwachtingen .. de eigenaar kwam alle dagen ONAANGEKONDIGD poolshoogte nemen!! Dus zorg er voor dat je steeds beetje bedekt bent en net enkel in zwemkledij rondloopt !. Was echt vervelend”

    “Thank you for giving us your feedback. We are sorry to learn that you were not completely satisfied. All bedding has been changed recently, as well as the bed linen. All is of very good quality. The owner does indeed pass by discreetly each day to water the plants and flowers, as the property is very large. There is a pool technician who drops by twice weekly as well. This is however mentioned to each tenant upon arrival. The owner passes by very discreetly so as not to invade your privacy but in order to maintain the beautiful garden, this is necessary. Once again thank you for your feedback.”

    “Het huis en de omgeving waren prachtig. Zeer comfortabel ingericht en prachtig zicht. Alles was ok beddengoed, handdoeken, zeer proper. En een zeer hartelijk ontvangst van de eigenaren. Het zwembad was ok en werd om de week gecontroleerd en bij panne van de fontein werd er onmiddellijk hulp voorzien.

    Doch er is een ding dat een beetje storend is en dat is dat de eigenaar dagelijks zijn planten komt besproeien en dat ten aller tijden. Hierdoor wordt de privacy wel een beetje geschonden. Ik denk dat het misschien wel nodig is om de planten drinken te geven doch zou het aanraden om het steeds op hetzelfde uur te doen nl bvb vroeg in de morgen of laat op de avond doch niet tijdens de siësta. Heb de indruk dat men steeds gecontroleerd worden op wat men aan het doen is.”

    “Wir fanden alles vor um erholsame Ferien zu verbringen. Ausstattung selten in diesem Umfang andernorts vorgefunden. Herrliche Aussicht über Hinterland von Cannes mit entfernten Meerblick.”
