Holiday home in La Marinedda with large barbecue
The typical Sardinian style villa is located 200 metres from the beautiful bay of La Marinedda. The splendid building faces the beach and enjoys an exceptional view that allows you to admire unforgettable sunsets over the Gulf of Asinara.
Surrounded by a large fenced plot, the villa is close to the sea. There is a large paved courtyard with adjoining green lawn and a large barbecue with brick bar. To the rear of the villa there is a large veranda and a large area covered by trees. The house has two terraces, a large one on the roof which is ideal for sunbathing and a smaller one overlooking the sea which is ideal for breakfast or an aperitif. The outdoor lighting creates a romantic atmosphere in the garden in the evening.
The interior of the villa has recently undergone a thorough renovation. The living space consists of a large living room with sea views, a large dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, also with views of the bay, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is equipped with heating via a pellet stove and fireplace. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, espresso machine and plenty of crockery, everything a holidaymaker's heart desires. In the living room there is an LCD satellite TV, stereo system and a DVD player for your entertainment. The house also has a washing machine.
The village of Isola Rossa is approx. 1.5 km from the villa. In the village you will find all the necessary facilities for holidaymakers: supermarkets, marina with opportunities for diving or deep-sea fishing as well as restaurants, nightclubs and medical care. The airports of Alghero and Olbia are around 80 km away, as are the harbours of Olbia and Porto Torres. The landlords have made special agreements for their guests, such as discounts or free services with the operator of the beach of La Marinedda near the house and other facilities.
