    “Het huisje is slecht onderhouden in algemene zin en is hard aan modernisering toe. Het balkon was niet toegankelijk. De begroeiing om het huis niet gesnoeid. Er stond een autowrak voor de deur. De matrassen zijn slecht en doorgelegen.
