Villa with Pool and three terraces

This wonderful villa in the nice village of Sesmarias with lot's of light colored villas. Only 3 km from some of Algarves' loveliest beaches (Caneiros & Carvoeiro).

The kitchen is fresh refurbished and has a lot of space and all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave and all sorts of cooking utilities). It connects to the dining room that together with the bright living room gives access to the wonderful south terrace where you can have a nice breakfast with a view to the pool. All rooms are on the same floor on top of the house there is a roof terrace with seaview.

This villa with typical Algarve flair can host up to 6 people and has a living space of 100 sqm. It has 3 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and private terrace. All bedrooms have nice closets, one of them has two single beds and the other two have double bed and all of the spaces have very lighthearted furniture and decoration done with regional elements. There is another more spacious bathroom for common use.

Sesmarias is quite small but there are two cafes, a restaurant, a newspaper-shop and a mini-market, all very near of course. A less than 3 km away there are several beaches, golf course, tennis courts, a wonderful water park and other picturesque places that you can visit. By foot you can reach another hidden beach in 2 km distance. We look forward to welcome you and wish you a lovely vacation!

The pool is well taken care of and there is a lot of space around it to sunbathe after a good swim. There is an outdoor grill that you can gladly use to enjoy the marvelous fresh fish from the sea. There's a lot of green around the house and a few lemon and orange trees to pluck fruit from. As there is a fence around the property it is suitable for dogs.

    “Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war gut, der Pool war gut und ausreichend. Einzig die Lage ist für Ruhesuchende nicht akzeptabel. Das Haus liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße, die mehrere Dörfer und Ferienanlagen in der Umgebung mit Carvoeiro und Lagoa verbindet. Der Verkehr beginnt morgens um 7 Uhr und endet nicht vor zwei Uhr Nachts. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer liegen ca. 2,5 m vom Straßenrand entfernt. Wir haben das Haus nach vier Tagen von geplanten 14 Tagen verlassen.
