The house that the apartment is part of is surrounded by a 4000m² Mediterranean garden. The site is closed off by an automatic gate and also provides parking spaces. A barbecue area is available. The pool for shared use with the other residents is open from June to September. The sun warms the pool to a water temperature of 27 to 32 degrees centigrade.
