The house
This lovely farmhouse with great panoramic views is set in the countryside yet only 1.9 km. to the charming coastal village of Porto Petro with nice sea front restaurants, cafeterias and a few local shops. Within 5 minutes drive you will reach the Natural Reserve Mondrago with wonderful unspoiled sandy beaches and different routes that the park offers where you can a enjoy long walks. The tourist resort Cala D'Or with several sandy coves, its seemingly never ending choice of restaurants and the impressive international yacht harbour is 4km. away. In Cala D'or you can also practice water sports or take excursions by boat to discover the pretty south-east coast of Majorca. 10 Minutes drive direction Porto Colom you will find the Golf course "Vall d'Or Golf".
Outside
The outside is spacious with plenty sunny and covered areas, a lawned front garden, some palm and carob trees and a large terrace at the back with superb panoramic views. The covered terrace by the pool, with a table and chairs is the ideal spot to enjoy "al fresco" meals or read your favourite book looking at the superb panoramic views with far reaching views of the mountains. The large pool with Roman steps (10m x 5m. - Depth min. 1m. max. 2 m.) surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun beds is the ideal spot to enjoy the long summery days. There is also a side covered terrace with a barbecue area. The area is completely fenced and has enough place to park the cars.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
Ullastre is a new construction two-storey farmhouse that boasts inside airy rooms with high ceilings and wooden beams and outside spacious terraces with lovely panoramic views. The ground floor boasts an airy open living/dining area with patio doors to the spacious terrace and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast table and access to the utility room. From the kitchen there is access the dining area and also the side terrace with the barbecue area. This floor also boasts guest toilet, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with access to the terrace with great panoramic views; both share a separate bathroom. The first floor boasts a twin and a double bedroom; both bedrooms have a private terrace with panoramic views and share a spacious bathroom.
