Il “Corte Pizziniaco” è in un antico immobile recentemente ristrutturato ubicato in una corte tranquilla ; esso è costituito da un elegante appartamento storico su due piani e dispone di un ampia sala soggiorno con cucina al pianoterra, due camere da letto al 1° piano e due bagni.Al piano superiore abbiamo 2 camere con letto matrimoniale, di cui una più grande può diventare tripla; un comodo bagno con vasca e doccia dotato di asciugacapelli; le camere sono luminose e dalla più piccola si accede ad un balcone coperto, le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata.La struttura dispone anche di un lettino-culla . Al pianoterra l’ampio soggiorno dispone di un divano che può trasformarsi, se occorre, in due letti singoli, al pianoterra troviamo anche il bagno di servizio.

Gli ambienti al pianoterra , antichi e con volte in pietra, sono ben aereati e luminosi. La zona cottura è completa di cucina 4 fuochi, forno, frigorifero, lavatrice, ferro ed asse da stiro.

L’appartamento può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 6 ospiti .

La biancheria da bagno e da letto viene cambiata una volta la settimana assieme ad una pulizia generale. L’appartamento è ubicato in una corte tranquilla con parcheggio riservato esterno accanto all’ingresso e secondo disponibilità anche di un posto auto in garage.I proprietari risiedono in un appartamento adiacente e forniscono la più ampia assistenza per ogni esigenza degli ospiti che potranno essere accolti naturalmente in italiano ma anche in Inglese. Per tradizione la casa offre sempre l’esclusività ai propri clienti che non dovranno mai condividere con altri ospiti e/o proprietari la struttura . Il soggiorno minimo richiesto è di 2 notti .

Nella zona soggiorno abbiamo una biblioteca assortita con guide, piantine e libri descrittivi del territorio in varie lingue ma anche riviste e romanzi, la tv satellitare, lettore cd musicali, connessione internet veloce e lettore dvd video. Il pianoterra ha un piccolo spazio all’aperto ad uso stenditoio o altro.

    “appartement tres bien situe et bien équipe,il fait par contre très chaud en bas car la porte étant en PVC elle renvoie la chaleur a l'intérieur

    “Die Lage des Objekts ist für Altstadtbesuche ohne Fahrzeug ideal. Ebenso dessen Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse, wodurch es keinen sonst üblichen Straßenlärm gibt und Fahrzeuge sicher stehen. Alle notwendigen Läden sind von der Wohnung fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ließ an nichts mangeln. Der Gastgeber bietet ungewöhnlich aufmerksamen Service und kümmert sich um etwaige Wünsche sehr entgegenkommend.”

    “Der Eingangs- und Wohnbereich gleicht einer großen Halle mit wenig Licht. Ein Uraltfernseher stört gleich die Gemütlichkeit. Ein versprochener CD oder DVD Spieler war nicht vorhanden. Die Kochecke lange nicht gereinigt mit Speiseresten im Backofen, Kühlfach war so zugefrohren das Kühlschranktür nicht schloss. Abtauen in Egenregie, Feuchtigkeitsschäden beim Treppenaufgang und größere Löcher in Flur und Schlafzimmer (Laminat) machten einen baufälligen sehr unseriösen Eindruck. Der Vermieter versuchte alles schön zureden und hielt für uns schriftlich fest wie toll seine Leihfahrräder und Klimaanlage seien. Bei genauerer Prüfung der Fahhräder defekte Bremsen und verkehrsunsicher. Bei der Anzeige der sehr runtergekommenen Sitzgarnitur die auch noch zusammenbrach reagierte er mit oben genannten Brief doch nur Wünsche vorzutragen. Er unternahm nichts, sodass wie ein Sofa selber entsorgen mußten und zwei alte Stühle wählten. Der Vermieter zeigte sich nicht einsichtig. Die Strasse am Ende einer Sackgasse verursachte abends und morgensfrüh viel Lärm im Schlafzimmer da ein rauskommen mit dem PKW nur mit aufwändigen Rangiermanövern möglich ist. Das Bad ist nur gut fotografiert sehr unsauber voller Pilzsporen bei schlechter Ausstattung.”

    “The apartment was great! There was a good aircondition in the bedrooms, which was necessary because it was very hot! Everything that we needed was already there and we didn´t need to buy anything. For example plates, glasses and everything for the kitchen and the things which were necessary for cleaning clothes or washing dishes. The apartment is near the old center but very quiet and there are a lot of places where you can park. The landlord was very friendly and we even got a dictionary and some books about Lecce. Between the two weeks the apartment was even cleaned. Although we arrived at 11 pm and left at 5 am there were no problems. For this great place to stay the price was very low! We definitely recommend it!”
