Villa S'Estelrica welcomes its guests in a dreamlike secluded location. Here you can relax in complete privacy. Thanks to its rustic charm, you will quickly feel at home here. The surroundings are particularly interesting for nature lovers, as their authenticity is partially preserved and conveys a beautiful feeling of nature. The old trees also leave a pleasant and relaxing impression. On the open terrace, which surrounds a large part of the house, there are lovely places to linger and enjoy. There is also a covered and airy little space in front of the living room and kitchen. The pool is surrounded by natural stone terraces and is easily accessible via corner steps. The depth varies between 1.20 and 2 metres. Here you will find beautiful places to relax, not only in the sun, but also under a parasol, simply enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere. A special eye-catcher in this area is the enclosed outdoor shower next to the blue-tiled pool. Two people can stay in the 40 m² guest house, approx. 100 metres from the main house. It comprises a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower as well as a terrace. This is a completely unique retreat; you can enjoy your privacy even when travelling with other guests. Conveniently, there is also a car park for your hire car.

As soon as you enter the 160 m² main house, you will be amazed by the lovingly decorated interior. The beautiful floor tiles and light-coloured walls create an inviting and cosy atmosphere and invite you to explore the interior further. From the entrance area, a staircase leads to the upper floor with a guest WC on the right-hand side. Straight ahead is the dining room, which is bathed in natural light thanks to its many windows with wonderful far-reaching views, making it a truly beautiful place for sumptuous indoor dining. To the right is an open-plan, informal kitchen, half-separated by a counter and fully equipped, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. On the left-hand side, leading off the entrance area, is the living room with a marvellous view. The lovingly designed fireplace area invites you to spend cosy evenings in front of the crackling fire with a good book. The high ceiling in this room creates an original terrace-like area with an additional seating area and desk. The upper floor, accessible via two staircases, offers a lovely seating area and access to a roof terrace. This is a fantastic place to sit and watch the sunset while looking out over the surrounding countryside and towards Artà. On the upper floor, beautifully designed bedrooms with a cosy touch invite you to a restful night's sleep. Light colours combined with elegant wooden furniture create a cosy atmosphere. All beds in this holiday home measure 1.60 x 2.00 metres. Here you can treat yourself to a long and restful sleep. One of the bedrooms even has a balcony. The bathrooms are lit with natural light and impress with their pleasant light and tasteful atmosphere. You can use the main house for up to four guests; the casita is only open if you have five or six guests.
Artà is a particularly pretty town with no large hotels and a population of around 6,500. There are also some very good restaurants and convenient shopping facilities. The weekly market in this small town is worth a visit on Tuesdays. Here you will find regional culinary specialities as well as beautiful Mallorcan handicrafts. The nearest beaches are in Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and the bay of Cala Millor. Lively tourist resorts such as Cala Ratjada with its bars, restaurants and shopping facilities are also within easy reach.
The pretty Villa S'Estelrica is situated on a gentle slope on a large plot, just 2.5 km from Artà. A bright living space and great attention to detail create a very pleasant ambience. Artà is a fantastic place for shopping and eating out. Beautiful local sandy beaches are within easy reach of the villa.
