As soon as you enter Villa Esteparo, the typical Mallorcan architecture of the house - natural stone, wide walls and wooden shutters - immediately catches the eye. The property has an extraordinary size of 175,000 m², was partially designed as a decorative atrium as well as a beautiful garden and is beautifully embedded in the hilly surroundings. The entrance façade and the forecourt area welcome guests in a very well-kept and tasteful atmosphere. It immediately makes you want to step inside and take a look at the interior. But let's stay outside first, because there is plenty to discover here. If you walk clockwise around the house, you will come to the very inviting covered terrace area, where you can sit in the breezy shade and enjoy a wonderful view of the pool, the beautifully green garden and far beyond. This is the ideal place to greet the day in the morning with a refreshing breakfast and make plans for the exciting day ahead. A nostalgic, large wooden table with bench and chairs, combined with the impressive wooden beams on the ceiling, give this area a very special flair. This can also be enjoyed in the evening. The permanently installed barbecue right next door will certainly do a good job here and prepare fresh, regional delicacies. You can refresh yourself to your heart's content in the oversized pool. The pool has a particularly easy entry and is adjacent to the lounge terrace, where you can relax under the Mediterranean sky. If the sun gets too strong, a parasol can and should be used. A total of 10 comfortable pool loungers are at your disposal, with further cosy seating near the pool entrance.

Between modern exposed beam ceilings above, matching terracotta tiles on the floor and gleaming white walls all around, there is exquisite furniture that allows for absolutely sophisticated living. Spacious living areas characterise the house and give it a very individual flair that people who love freedom will particularly appreciate. You can easily travel here with a larger group without having to worry about privacy. As the living space is spread over two floors, the impression of spaciousness is further emphasised. If you feel like it, you can take your meals alone inside in three different places: either in one of the finely furnished dining areas. Or in the huge kitchen, a fantastic, large eat-in kitchen where food can be prepared and then enjoyed together. On cooler evenings, you can cosy up here by the fireplace. The aesthetic kitchenette, partly decorated with marble and built in an L-shape, offers everything you need for everyday use in a high-quality shape and form. A filter coffee machine is also included. Sofa areas are distributed throughout the house just as generously as the dining tables. They offer space to relax, whether reading, engaging in deep conversation or watching TV on the flat-screen TV. Elegant and romantically decorated bedrooms invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. In this ambience, you can relax deeply and find your centre without any distracting frills. Wood, lots of white and a few cleverly placed splashes of colour conjure up a dreamy atmosphere. There are a total of two beds measuring 1.5 x 1.9 metres, two measuring 0.9 x 1.9 metres, one measuring 1.8 x 2 metres and one measuring 0.9 x 2 metres. High-quality furnishings and modern design can be found in the bathrooms, one of which is a luxurious en-suite bathroom. An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't need to bring them with you.
It should also be emphasised that the nearest beach can be reached in around 15 minutes, as the holiday home is located on the country road that connects the small towns of Sant Llorenc and Artà. Cala Mallor can also be reached quickly by car. The village has a fine sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea. Other beaches are also nearby. In addition, the harbour promenade of Cala Ratjada (approx. 20 minutes away by car) invites you to take a relaxing stroll.
Depending on the wind direction, noise from the mining works a little further away may be audible. However, it is rarely in operation. The beautifully rural Villa Esteparo is located just 3 km north-east of Sant Llorenc in the eastern part of the island. The associated estate is huge.
Both in Sant Llorenc and in Artà (approx. 8 km away) you will find numerous well-stocked supermarkets as well as bars and restaurants. The car journey to Palma de Mallorca airport takes around 50 minutes.
