Designed for eight guests (six adults + two children), this house impresses from the outside. Built in typical Mallorcan style, the building has a stylish appearance with natural stone elements and typical shutters. The staggered structure creates a cosy terrace where you can sit comfortably and enjoy the wonderful views of the landscape. By the pool, you can choose to sit directly in the open air or under the shelter of the parasol. The lounge right by the pool offers another attractive option for relaxing in the shade. On warm days, the pool provides the necessary cooling and an outdoor shower rounds off the outdoor comfort.
The interior of this finca is spacious and stylish and pleasantly bright thanks to the many floor-to-ceiling windows. Lots of wood and a combination of classic and modern create an extremely pleasant atmosphere. The living-dining room with open-plan kitchen is an inviting communal area where you can enjoy a lovely ambience. There is also a double bedroom and a practical guest WC on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are three further double bedrooms and two large shower rooms. From one of these upper bedrooms, you have access to an open terrace from which you can look out over the beautiful countryside. The cosy, absolutely tranquil finca Can Alba is located in the east of Mallorca in the municipality of Sant Llorenç. It is surrounded by an area planted with oleander, palm, olive, citrus and fig trees. The village with shopping facilities is only 5 minutes away and the nearest beaches are approx. 12 to 14 km away.
