Are you looking for a place that not only offers an appealing aesthetic ambience, but also the necessary level of peace and quiet? Then it's worth taking a second look. Enjoy a feeling of space and space where stress and tension simply have no place. The location of the building alone, which sits enthroned in the middle of nature, already has a relaxing effect. The well-maintained outdoor area invites you to enjoy the day without a care in the world. You can do this, for example, by sitting under the breezy sun canopy by the pool, feet in the white sand, sipping a summer cocktail and gazing at the tall palm tree. Chlorine-free water caresses the skin as you refresh yourself in the 11 metre long pool, which is undoubtedly necessary in the hot season. The integrated shallow water area is suitable for the little ones to splash around in as well as for the older holidaymakers to chill out. Original seating, including different perspectives of the outdoor area and beyond, can be extensively tested in the open air; not forgetting the hammock, where you can relax at lofty heights from the upper floor.

What is already spacious on the outside is continued inside the house. Behind the large wooden door is a bright, spacious entrance area that immediately opens up access to several rooms. To the right of this is the kitchen, which offers a great ambience with gleaming surfaces, oversized floor tiles and wooden beams on the ceiling and is also very exclusive, as it offers everything you need for carefree self-catering days with a high-quality finish. And here you can not only look out towards the pool while preparing your meal, you can even step straight out through the glass door. To the left of the entrance area is the modern living/dining room. The huge windows create an almost conservatory atmosphere! Two chic bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with double shower are also located on this living level, while the upper floor has another bedroom with direct access to the balcony. The second bathroom (with bathtub) is also located here, as well as an additional living room where you can relax on the large sofa and watch TV. There is also direct access to the beautiful hammock terrace and another roof terrace with great panoramic views. Located in the triangle of Felanitx, Manacor and Vilafranca de Bonany, Finca Franka offers an idyllic and stylish retreat for holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. Shopping facilities can be reached in just 15 minutes in Manacor with its large supermarkets and small shops or in 12 minutes in pretty Vilafranca to the weekly market. Via Felanitx you can quickly reach the coast, where the dreamlike Calas de Mallorca offer unique places with great sandy beaches.
