Villa Can Colau is a spectacular property, situated on its own small hill, surrounded by a huge garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation and a rich tree population. The exterior exudes a pleasant air of opulence and space and the eye will delight in the panoramic views that can be enjoyed from here. In fact, this is the perfect place to simply unwind, as absolute tranquillity reigns here. The 60 m² pool is protected by beautiful rows of palm trees and at the same time offers a fantastic view. Just a few steps away from the house. The adjoining sun terrace is very tastefully designed and offers pleasant natural shade at any time of day. There is also a fantastic covered seating area where you can enjoy the breezy shade. Right next to the house, other spacious areas invite you to linger, such as the terraces paved with various natural stones. The surrounding paradisiacal garden in combination with the wonderful view creates a breathtaking atmosphere. A selection of seating areas offers the opportunity to enjoy your meals outdoors and savour the luxury of this unique location.

The sophisticated atmosphere continues inside the villa. There is a combined living/dining room, which on the one hand offers an original eye-catcher with its rustic natural stone wall and on the other hand exudes an extraordinary atmosphere and a feeling of cosiness with harmoniously coordinated materials and colour combinations. The kitchen, which in turn is integrated into a room used as a large living area, is fully equipped. A storage room with ample space is located nearby. A tastefully designed small bar loosely separates this area from the other part of the room, which has a rustic feel with its fireplace and rocking chairs and is sure to be a particularly popular spot on cooler evenings. From here, a staircase leads to the upper floor. The three bedrooms are bright and cosy, one of which has its own bathroom. An attractive, unique design can also be found in the bathrooms. These are comfortable and very functional at the same time. There is even a bathtub with whirlpool.

Even though the view from the terraces is incredibly beautiful, there is much more to see in the area: This spectacular region has something for everyone. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the weekly market, which takes place every Tuesday in the centre of Artà. Here you will find culinary specialities from the region as well as Mallorcan handicrafts. Not too far away are several attractive white sandy beaches, some of which are real insider tips. If you want to listen to the cheerful hustle and bustle along the promenade, you should definitely make a detour to the famous coastal town of Cala Ratjada.

The lighting of fires of any kind is prohibited by law on the entire property. Candles and torches are also prohibited.

The extremely romantic Villa Can Colau is situated in an oasis-like, peaceful location to the north of Artà. It is surrounded by a lush and fantastically beautiful garden. Shopping facilities are only a few minutes away by car; in Artà you will also find some excellent restaurants. Some partly unspoilt sandy beaches are also nearby.
