Upstairs, two bedrooms, including a master suite, offer comfort and modern amenities. Outside, the enclosed garden beckons with a swimming pool, sun loungers, garden lounges and a gym in the pool house equipped with various exercise equipment. A gas barbecue, table tennis table and board games provide outdoor entertainment. The second villa, which has been renovated to accommodate four guests, is set over two levels. On the first floor there is an open and bright living room, adjoining a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A designer staircase leads to a stylish open-plan bedroom on the mezzanine floor overlooking the living area. On the first floor, a spacious bedroom, an elegant shower room and a private terrace with whirlpool invite you to relax. The attentive owners live in a terraced house on site and can help organize additional services on request.
