This villa in Noves is located in the middle of the countryside and close to the city center and offers proximity to famous sights of Provence. On the first floor there is a kitchen open to the dining-living area, a scullery, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fitness room and an inviting living area. On the second floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom, a shower room and a separate WC. The spacious outdoor area is enclosed by an automatic gate and has a lush garden with pine, olive, cherry and palm trees. It includes a bowling alley and a table tennis table. The terrace, shaded by a large awning, houses a dining area with a gas plancha and charcoal barbecue, which is accessible from the veranda and dining room. The private, fenced pool measures 10 x 5 m and is between 0.80 m and 2 m deep. The owners live discreetly on the same property in a separate house. Please note that only bedroom 3 is air-conditioned. The villa is located in the countryside, about 1 km from the village center and stores: bakery, grocery store, restaurants. Noves is perfect for discovering Provence: the Alpilles, the Camargue or the Lubéron, the city of Avignon and its festival in July. Other interesting sights within a radius of 50 km: Les Baux de Provence, Arles, Tarascon, Fontvieille ... but also Fontaine de Vaucluse, Isle sur la Sorgue, Luberon: Gordes, Bonnieux ...
