Situated in a private park, this Norman house offers magnificent views over the valley and a pool house terrace with sweeping views of the estate. The ground floor welcomes you with an entrance hall leading to a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. The kitchen offers modern amenities, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The living area has a fireplace, comfortable seating and a dining area that leads onto a terrace with outdoor seating. On the first floor there are two elegantly furnished bedrooms and a bathroom. As you ascend to the second floor, you will discover two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Outside you will enjoy two terraces one on the south side with outdoor seating and another next to the pool with sun loungers for relaxing. The expansive 12 x 5 metre swimming pool is accompanied by a pool house equipped with games, a sink, a fridge and an ice machine. Please note that the owners, a hospitable couple, live on site in an independent house and may occasionally share the pool, ensuring your privacy. Treat yourself to the peace and comfort of this picturesque holiday home, where the charm of the Norman countryside and the warmth of the hosts promise an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Pays d'Auge. The house is located just outside the village, on a hill overlooking a 7-hectare park. All shops are located in Pont-l'Eveque (5 km).
