In winter, due to its proximity to Gerlitzen and the Dreiländereck, the apartment serves as an excellent starting point for a day of skiing, followed by enjoying the evening by the fireplace.

In winter, the two apartments serve as an excellent starting point for a day of skiing due to their proximity to Gerlitzen and Dreiländereck, followed by a cozy evening by the fireplace.
On the ground floor, you enter from the entrance through a wardrobe into the living/dining area. Simultaneously, this room features a fully equipped kitchen. Directly adjoining, with the option to expand the living room outdoors, is a roughly 25 m² terrace where you can enjoy the mountain and lake panorama during breakfast or at the end of the day.
Access to the first floor is through the open staircase. There, you'll find the main bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a separate toilet. Through the large panoramic window, you can directly enjoy the play of light as the morning sun dispels the night.
Through another narrow staircase, you reach the gallery. Here, there is a slightly lower sleeping area with a large double bed.
From the terrace, a spiral staircase leads to the 600 m² garden, offering space for both sunbathers and those seeking shade. The directly connected and private beach is secluded and exclusively available for the apartment guests. Sunbeds and garden loungers are available for free use in the area of the beach hut.
What would summer be without a BBQ? A grill and a sun umbrella are provided.
