it is a 10-minute walk from the station that allows you to reach central rome in 30 minutes, it is also close to the Bambin Gesù Pedriatic Hospital and Fiera di Roma.

This charming apartment is spread over two levels. The first level consists of an open space kitchen equipped in every detail: dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, tea kettle, baby seat and everything you need to feel at home.

The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and complete with Smart TV with excellent Wi-Fi connection.

The first bathroom offers a walk-in shower, complete bathroom fixtures and our Welcome Kit for your comfort. The terrace is ideal for enjoying the splendid sunset view in total relaxation. On the balcony you can find a washing machine and bins for tidy recycling.

Through spiral stairs you reach the upper attic floor where you are welcomed by the warmth of a double bedroom with Queen-Size bed and a freestanding bathtub ready to pamper you. There is also a single sofa bed and a cot to have children next to you during the night.

We also find a second industrial-style bathroom equipped with a spacious shower cabin and toilet. The second level is completed by a spacious wardrobe area for storing all your personal effects.

The particularity of the Casetta di Palidoro is first of all given by the location between the Agro Aurelio countryside and the northern Lazio coast, with its proximity to the main seaside resorts and the beaches of Fregene, Passoscuro, Maccarese, Marina di San Nicola, Santa Severa, Santa Marinella and is certainly ideal for those who want to travel both in Rome, with the very convenient Torre in Pietra-Palidoro underground railway station, reachable on foot in 12 minutes, and along the northern coast, the alternative idea to the classic Tour of Rome, surrounded from the countryside and the sea.
