Villa Roca is located in the heart of Privlaka and represents everything you have always dreamed of. Privlaka is characterized by beautiful sandy beaches and quiet bays and is a perfect place for all those who come in the company of their own families with children, while on the other hand it is ideal for groups of friends who want to relax and have fun. Villa Sunflower was built in 2021 in a modern architectural style, has 330 m2 and is only 50 m from the sea. Villa Sunflower can accommodate a maximum of 8 and ideally 6 people and accommodates its guests on the upper floor in 3 bedrooms with double beds and private closets. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower. Two of these rooms have their own balcony, while the third has a terrace. From all rooms you can enjoy the view of the sparkling Adriatic Sea. If you are traveling with children, a folding bed (60x100) is also available. The villa itself has two more ordinary bathrooms, also with showers, and you can use the washing machine, dryer and iron. The villa is fully air-conditioned, underfloor heating and cooling is only available in the bathrooms and additional facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite delicacies are always at your disposal. Next to the kitchen there is a dining room with a table for 8 people, next to it a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table and TV and from there there is an exit to the terrace. On the outdoor terrace you can cool off in a heated pool of 30 m2, sunbathe on the 6 sun loungers that surround it and next to the pool there is a sauna where you can completely relax. An outdoor charcoal or wood fireplace and an outdoor dining table with 10 seats are also at your disposal. Entertainment content that will delight you in Villa Sunflower is located in a separate room where you will find billiards, a sofa bed with two armchairs and a table. A special advantage is that you can see the lower part of the pool from this room. The villa is fully fenced, has a beautifully landscaped garden with flowers and offers enough space for children to play and have fun in the open yard during the day or at night. It has a garage with a private parking space, while there are two more outside the courtyard. You will also be delighted by the wine cellar, where you will find bottles of various types of traditional Dalmatian and Slovenian quality wines, as Privlaka is also known for its hard-working winemakers. Seafood also makes up the rich gastronomic offer of this beautiful place, such as shellfish, fresh and freshly caught sea fish prepared in various ways. Dalmatian prosciutto and various cheeses are also part of the high-quality and rich offer in taverns and restaurants. Thanks to its location and proximity to national parks such as Paklenica, Krka waterfalls or Kornati, you can go on various day trips and visit the famous Cerovac caves. If you like an active vacation, go rafting on the Zrmanja River. The nearest towns are the royal city of Nin and the historic city of Zadar.
