Beautiful luxury Villa Atrium is located in a small, picturesque town Ruskamen near the town of Omiš in Central Dalmatia. This beautiful villa owes its uniqueness to a special position 10 m away from the seashore.

The fairy-tale style of this renovated villa, built in the middle of the last century is reflected in its rustic façade, which resembles a castle from some past times. Accommodation capacity for a maximum of eight people, the villa has total of four bedrooms on the first and second floor. On the first floor there are two rooms with ensuite bathrooms, while two other rooms and one additional bathroom are on the second floor.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace, a dining room with eight seats and a fully equipped kitchen.

The yard of the villa is equipped with a large pool measuring 5.5 x 13.5 m and 1.5 m deep. Around the pool there are eight deck chairs where you can enjoy hot summer afternoons protected by the shade of pine trees.

The villa also has a SPA area where you can relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. Fitness equipment is also at your disposal if you prefer a more active holiday. Additionally, the villa is equipped with the study room as well.

The yard of the villa is completely fenced. Inside the yard there are four parking spaces, and outside additional spaces are on your disposal.

For all lovers of outdoor activities, Ruskamen is an ideal place to enjoy romantic walks along the coast or in untouched nature. In addition to water sports such as swimming and diving, an active holiday will allow you to rent a bike or rafting on the nearby river Cetina, the longest river in Dalmatia. The name of the river Cetina comes from the Phrygian word Zetna, which means gate, and refers to the mouth of the river Cetina, which represents the gate of Dalmatia.

The place Ruskamen is especially interesting to visit in the summer months when the popular local festival called "Fishermen's evenings" takes place where you will be able to enjoy local delicacies and live music.

For more content, do not miss to visit the town of Omiš, a historic pirate town that will delight you with its rich history and unique geography. Namely, Omiš is located on a hill, hence its name Hum in Old Slavonic, or Onaion in Illyrian-Greek. Throughout history, Omiš pirates have often been the subject of concern in the maritime world because all those who wanted to sail freely in the Omiš sea had to pay tribute to the pirates who controlled the entire area.

In the more distant urban centre of Split you will find many cultural and historical monuments and entertainment such as summer festivals, nightclubs, etc. Split is famous for Diocletian's Palace, a unique monument from the Roman period, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. In addition to Diocletian's Palace, do not miss to visit many other Roman monuments such as the Vestibule, the Peristyle, and the Silver or Golden Gate, which testify to the centuries-old history of this beautiful city. This city is unique for its characteristic Mediterranean relaxation that you will feel in contact with the locals.
