In northern Dalmatia, on a beautiful sandy peninsula, lies small fishing place of Privlaka. Privlaka is a place of rich history and tradition that is proudly cherished for generations. Widely known for its seafaring and ˝sabunjari˝, Privlaka is perfect for family tourism due to its long sandy beaches, clear sea and sandy coves. At the very end of the attractive peninsula, near the place where the bridge connects the island of Vir with the mainland, there is the beautiful Villa Sea Gem. This newly built villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests who during their holiday will enjoy a fabulous view of the sea from all rooms of the villa and the beautiful sandy beach that begins on the exit from the courtyard of the villa. On the ground floor of the villa there is a comfortable living room for spending time with your family and friends, a kitchen equipped with everything you may need during your holiday, storage and garage. On the first floor of the villa there are 3 stylishly furnished bedrooms equipped with double beds for a pleasant sleep after an exciting day, and two bathrooms equipped with showers. The villa is fully air conditioned and covered with Wi-Fi internet for carefree internet surfing from all rooms. In a fully fenced yard of 550 m2 there is a pool of 22 m2 with 8 deck chairs for enjoying sunbathing with the sound of the sea and the clicks of seagulls that gather in a small harbour in the distance.

Only a few minutes’ drive separates you from the oldest Croatian royal town of Nin. During your stay in the villa, be sure to take the time to visit the Kornati National Park, for which you have organized visits with excursion boats departing from Privlaka. Privlaka offers you a wide range of cultural and entertainment events during the summer, from theatre performances, traditional fishing evenings, klapa evenings and sports events.
