This beautiful villa, located in the Village of Rudina on the Island of Hvar, can accommodate 10 people in its 220m2. The lot on which the villa is located extends to 1000m2. 4 bedrooms in the villa are equipped with double beds and 3 beautiful bathrooms, one with a bathtub, two with showers. There is also a separate toilet. On the ground floor of the villa you can find three rooms and a two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a neatly decorated and modern living room, a 10-seat dining room and a separate toilet. Upstairs of the villa you can find one beautiful room with terrace and balcony with beautiful sea view. One bathroom is also located on the first floor of the villa. Entering the garden of the villa you can see beautiful 10x3 swimming pool surrounded by 8 sun loungers and an outdoor barbecue for family meals with loved ones. The whole plot is completely enclosed by a wall for complete privacy.
