Villa Mint is located in the western part of the Istrian peninsula in Sveti Lovre. Sveti Lovre is a place that is the perfect choice for all guests who want to escape the daily hustle and bustle. In this villa you can also enjoy absolute peace and quiet with your own family or a group of friends. Sveti Lovre is, as they say, a hidden gem and one of the best preserved medieval towns in Istria. Villa Mint is a rustic beauty, built in 2009 and completely renovated in 2022. It offers you 200 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is just over 1300 m2. The nearest sea and beach as well as the town of Pore are only 15 km away and the nearest restaurant is only 400 m from Villa Mint. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, divided into four bedrooms, three of which are located on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have two double beds and the remaining two have two single beds each. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and another normal bathroom, also with a bathtub. On the ground floor there is a living room with two sofas, a table, a TV and chairs and a romantic fireplace to create a special atmosphere. A modern kitchen and dining area with a dining table for 8 people are easily accessible from the living room. Here you can prepare and savour delicious meals for the whole family. On the outdoor terrace there is a pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres. There are 8 sun loungers on the sun deck next to the pool. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining table and a charcoal or wood-fired barbecue. Other facilities at Villa Mint include a washing machine and an iron. A concierge service is available by prior arrangement. The courtyard of the villa offers 4 private parking spaces in the courtyard. The courtyard is open and there is plenty of space for children to play and have fun, there is also table football and table tennis. Every year many domestic and foreign tourists come to Istria, and everyone can find something fun and interesting for themselves. You can explore the Istrian towns, which are ideal for long walks or bike rides, and try the gastronomic offer of excellent delicacies in various taverns or restaurants. Dare to visit Istria, the place of St Lovre and Villa Mint. Welcome! Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee.
