Villa Adria Maria is located in Dalmatia, in the small tourist town of Privlaka, which is located near the royal city of Nin and the city of Zadar. Privlaka is located on a spacious peninsula and is surrounded on three sides by beaches and the clear Adriatic Sea. It is also special because of the quiet bays and is the perfect location for all those who come with their own families and children. On the other hand, it is also ideal for groups of friends who want to rest and have fun.

Villa Adria Maria was built in a contemporary style in 2023, it is only a few metres away from the sea, and that offers an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of the sea and have fun until sunset. This fully air-conditioned villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. Guests will be accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of which have dimensions of 200x210 and are located on the upper floor. The third double bed is 160x210 and is located on the ground floor. Also, the villa has 3 bathrooms with a shower cabin. From the two rooms on the top floor, you will enjoy the sea view, and you can drink coffee on a lounger on the balcony.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed that serves as an extra bed for two people, and there is also a coffee table and a TV. In the beautifully decorated kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need, you will prepare meals for the whole family. You can also use the bar with 3 bar stools, next to which there is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats.

The swimming pool, 36 m2 in size and 1.6 metres deep, is located on the outdoor terrace, and next to it there are deckchairs where you can relax and soak up the warm rays of the sun. Using an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, you will have the opportunity to prepare traditional Dalmatian fish or meat dishes that will delight you. On the terrace there is also an outdoor dining table, ideal for evening socializing until late at night.

As additional content, you have 1 separate toilet, washing machine and iron at your disposal.

The courtyard of the villa is fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces, while there are two more outside.

Privlaka is known for its hard-working winegrowers. Also, seafood is what makes the rich gastronomic offer in this beautiful place, such as shellfish, fresh and freshly caught sea fish prepared in different ways. Dalmatian prosciutto and various types of cheese are also part of the high-quality and rich offer in taverns and restaurants.

Thanks to its location and proximity to national parks such as Paklenica, Krka Waterfalls or Kornati, you will have the opportunity for various day trips, and you can also visit the famous Cerovac Caves. If you like an active holiday, go rafting on the Zrmanja river. The closest cities are the royal city of Nin and the historic city of Zadar.
