Luxury Villa Elegant is located on the northern part of the coast of the island of Bra?, only 7 km from Supetar, in the town of Splitska. This place is ideal for a perfect family vacation, but also for those who want to enjoy Dalmatian food, local wine and Mediterranean ambience. The island of Bra? is one of the most famous tourist destinations, visited every year by many local and foreign tourists, and we believe that it will delight you too. Villa Elegant is a real beauty, built in 2015 in a contemporary architectural style, offering its guests 300 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1000 m2. The distance to the nearest sea is 350 meters, which provides an excellent opportunity to swim not only in the pool, but also in the sparkling and clean Adriatic Sea. In this villa can stay a maximum of 10 people, the optimal number is 8. On the top floor you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds (180 x 200), which also have 4 private bathrooms with showers . Also, on the top floor there is a balcony with seating where you can drink your morning coffee and enjoy the view of the sea. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with two sofas, a coffee table, additional seating and a TV. Next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table for 10 guests, there is also a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar and 4 additional bar stools. A sauna and a jacuzzi provide a luxurious vacation and relaxation for body and soul, and on the outdoor terrace you can refresh yourself comfortably in the heated infinity pool of 55 m2 and a depth of 1.3 meters. An additional functionality of the pool is swimming against the current. On the sunbathing lawn there are 10 deck chairs where you can relax or read your favorite book. Be sure to try the outdoor charcoal or wood grill, where you can prepare traditional Dalmatian meat or fish dishes for the whole family or a group of your best friends. You can also use the covered outdoor dining table, located right next to the grill. The additional content of Villa Elegant consists of 1 separate toilet, washing machine, dryer and iron. If an extra bed is needed, you can use 2 extra beds (90 x 200). If the youngest comes with you on vacation, there is a feeding station and a crib. The yard is completely fenced and offers you 4 private parking spaces. Children can have fun playing table tennis and there are also bicycles. The proximity of Supetar, the center of the island of Bra?, offers additional opportunities for sports recreation, excursions and entertainment, and the most famous modern summer resort Bol and the famous beach Zlatni rat are only 35 kilometers away.
