Villa Dalmatia is located in the small Dalmatian town of Brela on the Adriatic coast. Built in a rustic style, this villa exudes Mediterranean relaxation, and here you will be able to enjoy complete peace and quiet.

The villa was built in 2015 and is ready to open its doors for a maximum of 8 people. Guests have at their disposal 180 m2 of fully air-conditioned space, and the total area of the property is 2000 m2. There are 4 bedrooms at your disposal, and if necessary, children can use a cot and a feeder. Two rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, and the remaining two rooms will share one bathroom, also with showers. Three rooms are located on the top floor, while one is on the ground floor.

The villa also has a washing machine and iron, 2 separate toilets, and has underfloor heating/cooling. A special benefit is that it has a view of the Adriatic Sea from all bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.

On the ground floor there is a living room with 2 couches, a TV and a coffee table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals and cooking, and a dining room with a dining table and seating.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a beautiful heated pool of 40 m2 and 1.6 metres deep. Next to it, there is a sunbathing area with 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, and garden seating perfect for drinking your morning coffee. Additional equipment of the pool are massage jets. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can try the preparation of delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes that will delight everyone's taste buds. You will try the dishes at the outdoor dining table, where you can enjoy entertainment and your favourite company until late at night.

There are 4 private parking spaces inside the fenced yard, while there are two more outside.

In Brela, apart from the beautiful beach, you will find plenty of other interesting activities such as cycling, water sports or simple walks along the sea coast.

In the surroundings of this peaceful place, you will find a handful of interesting things and activities with which you can fill your holiday. If you prefer a more dynamic holiday, you will certainly like rafting on the Cetina River. In the nearby town of Tučepi, there is also a real treat for all adventurers – Zip line, a form of entertainment also known as riding a steel rope.

A little further south is the Biokovo Nature Park, which will be enjoyed by all those who want to hike and enjoy untouched nature. Don't miss a visit to the viewpoint called Nebeska shetnica - Skywalk, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Dalmatia.

In the vicinity of Brela there are numerous other maritime towns full of interesting content and cultural and historical monuments such as Omiš, Makarska or the urban centre of the city of Split.

*The road leading to the villa is not asphalted (macadam), it is 700 metres long and is not suitable for low height cars.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
