Panoramic Penthouse

Cape Town is a city with many faces and a huge mix of areas. However, all Cape Town connoisseurs agree that the best suburbs to live in are along the 'Atlantic Seaboard' – right on the coast. The most exciting of these is Sea Point.

The magazine 'Time Out' named Sea Point the coolest neighbourhood in South Africa and the second coolest neighbourhood in the whole of Africa. It has undergone an incredible metamorphosis in recent years. Numerous hip restaurants and pubs are located along its Main Street. So are some of the city's best supermarkets and shops. The kilometre-long promenade on the seafront is a wonderful place to walk, jog or cycle and watch the sun 'disappear’ into the sea at sunset. European travellers particularly appreciate the fact that they can walk to so many places – shops, restaurants, pubs etc as well as the promenade. You will be entranced by the view, but the interior of the penthouse is equally amazing! Contemporary design and high-quality furnishings harmonise with sophisticated architecture, large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and glass balustrades.
