It is at the center of Dar es Salaam city, in the Upanga area, within walking distance of Muhimbili Hospital. Also take a few minutes with a car or bus to Posta, which is the heart of the business area of Dar es Salaam.
The inside of the apartment is very cozy and indeed a home away from home—a place where you will feel that you are away from all the busy environment that is around the city.
It is just that normal and not that pleasing when compared to the inside, as it is a busy area. though it doesn't bring a noisy surround... There is an outdoor verandah at the back door around the kitchen area for cloth hanging.
There is a supermarket just on the front facade of the building, nearby restaurants, and our national hospital, which is just a short walk away (Muhimbili Hospital).

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
