Stylish Cosy Pool Villa in Montferrat

Villa Cosy Times is picturesquely situated on a large hillside plot in the picturesque village of Montferrat. From here you have a great far-reaching view of the surrounding beautiful hilly landscape. The house has an ideal all-day orientation and you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening

With 3 comfortable double bedrooms and a large living/dining area with open kitchen, the chic Villa Cosy Times offers a pleasant ambience for a relaxing family holiday. In the large 9x5 metre private saltwater pool, heated to 1.90 m, you can enjoy the southern French sun on beautiful sunbeds (designed by Jati & Kebon). The entire villa is available for your sole use during your stay. The property is not visible and is largely fenced. You can access your accommodation via the driveway through a large electric gate.The villa was completely renovated in 2022 and presents itself in the casual and chic Riviera Maison style. Numerous design elements and the carefully used materials in the house give you the "cosy" feeling of having arrived here.The house has all the comfortable features such as air conditioning, outdoor barbecue (Napoleon), fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, UHD TV incl. Netflix, Prime and much more. Almost all bedrooms have very comfortable box-spring beds and air conditioning, guaranteeing perfect rest. The master bedroom also has its own walk-in wardrobe and access to the balcony with magnificent views of the surrounding impressive hilly landscape of Montferrat.

A large covered terrace with an additional awning invites you to linger. A large dining table for a maximum of 6 people is available here. A large Napoleon gas grill invites you to a cooking duel.The pool area is generously designed with a total of 4 sunbeds and 2 stylish Adirondack chairs.

The village of Montferrat has 2 public e-charging points for e-cars.

Villa Cosy Times is located halfway between the beautiful Mediterranean coast and the bathing beaches of St. Maxime/St. Tropez/ Frejus and the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon in the north of the Var. The Gorges du Verdon invite you to go hiking, swimming, kayaking, rafting and much more.The Mediterranean coast can be easily reached by car in about 45 minutes. The Gorges du Verdun are 50-60 minutes away.Montferrat is a picturesque village in the south of France. Here you will find a small supermarket, a café and a bakery. An excellent restaurant is located at the entrance to the village, which has already received numerous awards (Michelin & Gault Millau) for its culinary offerings.The surrounding villages - Chateaudouble, Bargemon, Callas and Figanières offer a home to every culinary taste with their pretty cafés and restaurants. Draguignan is home to all the major supermarkets and shops.Numerous well-known wineries are located within 10-15 min. and look forward to welcoming you. Here you can taste first-class wines and buy them directly from the producer.

    “Ein tolles Haus in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben dort mit zwei Kindern Urlaub gemacht. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche, lässt keine Wünsche übrig, die Wohneeinrichtung ist stilvoll und der Pool sehr gepflegt und groß. Von der Terrasse hat man eine schöne Weitsicht. Die stets erreichbaren Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Richtig ist, dass man für Aktivitäten (wir waren Kanufahren, Canyoning und Klettern) ein wenig anfahren muss, dafür hat man die Ruhe des Hinterlandes. In Montferrat ist ein urigen Bäcker, für weitere Lebensmittel muss man ca. 20 Minuten anfahren (wir waren immer in Draguignan). Höhepunkt war für uns ein Besuch im Restaurant Le Clos Pierrepont in Montferrat. Ein tolles Restaurant, sehr zu empfehlen.”

    “Ein schönes Objekt,
    aber leider auch sehr abgelegen. Man braucht zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt Lidl/Intermarche ca. eine halbe Stunde mit dem Wagen. Die Kaution ist nicht wie im Vertrag vor Ort zu entrichten,
    sondern muss vorab überwiesen werden. Die Kaution wird dann am Ende so lange einbehalten,
    bis der Eigentümer auf bloßem Verdacht heraus - das was defekt sein könnte - eine Firma vor Ort beauftragt. Diese Kosten werden dann von der Kaution einbehalten. Auch wenn sich herausstellt,
    dass nichts defekt war. Das Objekt hat ein elektrisches Tor,
    bei einem Stromausfall kann man das Objekt nicht verlassen,
    weder die Hausverwaltung vor Ort,
    noch der Eigentümer kann einem dann weiterhelfen. Wir hatten einen solchen Fall von 16.00 Uhr bis am anderen Tag um 6.00 Uhr!”

    es tut uns sehr leid, dass es während Ihres Aufenthalts in unserer Villa einen Stromausfall gab, der leider die gesamte Region betraf. Sie werden verstehen, dass wir unseren Mietern nicht gestatten können, die Antriebe des Einfahrtstores eigenmächtig auszubauen. Diese sind von Ihnen nicht sachgemäß wieder eingebaut worden; das Tor schloss nicht mehr richtig. Darauf hin wurde ein Fachbetrieb beauftragt, um die Funktionalität wieder herzustellen. Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei zu erreichen.”

    “Die Villa ist toll ausgestattet! Die Eigentümer sind sehr engagiert und immer erreichbar. ( Schraube im Reifen- Werkstatt Empfehlung??) Danke dafür!
    Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel und kann in ca. 1h alles erreichen- Frejus Grasse Quinson - also Meer oder Gorges du Verdon alles dabei.”
