On a sunny high plateau, with a wonderful view towards the Hochkönig. There are meadows around the house, opposite is the landlords organic farm. The Tennengebirge and the Fritztaler Berge with their panoramic Hochgründeck (1,827m) give the place its imposing frame of rugged peaks and gentle alpine meadows.

Next place Hüttau 4km or St. Martin in the Tennengebirge with shops, tennis, swimming lake and restaurants 9km. Next inn 2km, tennis 2km, riding 5km, golf course 15km. Many hiking and biking trails directly from the house. The house is simply ideally located for the nearest ski areas: Skischaukel Flachau-Wagrain-St. Johann Alpendorf (ski amade with 120 kilometers of slopes and 45 modern cable cars) 14km. Dachstein-West ski area 16km. Werfenweng ski region 16km. Amadé thermal baths 9 km.
