Sunny 2.5 room duplex-apartment in Lötschental/Wallis.

The recently renovated apartment with gallery has an open floorplan:
Cozy living room with couch, two armchairs, TV (Netflix, Disney+) and a fireplace stove. Open kitchen and dining area, total of 32m2. Exit to a small balcony with a view of the Bietschorn.
 
Stairs leading to the gallery with a pitched roof area with a skylight (14m2), containing a bathtub and a double bed (160 x 200).
 
Bedroom (9m2) with closet and 2 single beds (90 x 200 each).
 
Separate bathroom with shower/toilet.
 
The apartment is in the center of the old village Wiler (Lötschen), in a recently renovated part of a house on the second floor.
 
Please note that it is a non smoking apartment and that pets are not allowed.
 
 
There is a grocery store in the village.
 
The cross-country skiing trail can be reached within minutes, as well as the arial passenger line to the well known skiing and hiking area Lauchernalp.
The skiing area is situated between 1950m and 3111m, is guaranteed to have snow and offers 55 km of attractive slopes for all levels of difficulty.
The Höheweg leads all the ways to the Fafleralp in summer.

    “Positiv: le logement Negativ: l'équipement de la cuisine: il manquait un couteau à pain,des ciseaux,une râpe.. Restaurant: Lonza,Wyler - cuisine simple,locale,bien présentée Ausflüge: Fafleralp - Alpage,resté très authentique,ce que n'est pas le Laucheralp”

    “Insgesamt ein erholsamer Aufenthalt an einer Top-Ausgangslage für Wanderungen im Lötschental. Positiv: Die freie Aussicht vom Balkon ist toll. Die kleine Wohnung ist durch ihre offene Raumaufteilung gemütlich und eignet sich auch gut, wenn man alleine dort ist. Mir gefielen speziell die passenden Aquarellbilder und auch das Gastgebergeschenk schmeckte wunderbar! Negativ: Das Mobiliar, die Badezimmereinrichtung und die Küche wirken in die Jahre gekommen, sind aber funktional und sauber.”

    “Alles in allem sehr gut und empfehlenswert Positiv: Sauber, alles funktioniert, gute Betten, hohe Decke (=Dach) macht die Wohnung gross und luftig, Balkon, am Abend fliegen Alpensegler dicht und rasend schnell am Balkon vorbei, vom Balkon aus Blick auf das Bietschhorn Negativ: Lage mitten im Dorf in 6-Parteien-Haus, kein Parkplatz beim Haus, Zufahrt und Zugang unbequem”

    “Positiv: Wunderschöner Ausblick, schöne und ansprechende Wohnung. Negativ: Raum hat nicht frisch gerochen, hat nach abgestandenem Rauch gerochen. Ging bis am Schluss nicht ganz aus dem Raum. Unmittelbare Nachbarn hörten am Abend und in der Nacht sehr laut Musik, was uns immer wieder vom Schlafen abhielt.”
