Characteristic apartment in the heart of a small medieval village. The village was built by the Romans and lies above a valley about 7 km south of Todi. You have access to a well-tended private and shaded area, which is equipped for outdoor dining with a table grill (16 m²). There is a shared outdoor area of approx. 3000 m² with a lovely swimming pool. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the surrounding landscape to Todi. Mosquito nets on all windows and a mountable volleyball net are available. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and distributed over 3 floors while maintaining its original style, so that you can fully enjoy the authentic charm of the place. Access to the house is via 7 steps. The living room has a fireplace and a sofa bed, but no TV. From the living room there is 5 steps down to the kitchen. From the hallway, which leads up 3 steps, you will find the bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. From the hall, you access the attic (min 80 cm and max 210 cm ceiling height) with a double bed and private bathroom (shower).
