Spacious Apartment in Lombo Do Doutor with Common Pool and Aspect Views

This is a beautiful and very popular apartment that has breathtaking panoramic sea views and stunning sunsets over the adjacent banana plantation. All the rooms open onto a large balcony where you can relax and enjoy the views with a glass of Madeira wine. Penthouse apartment with One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (twin wash hand basins, WC, over bath shower, bidet). One twin bedroom with bathroom (WC, over bath shower, bidet). Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave. Fully equipped. Lounge & dining room. Satellite TV. DVD. CD player. Large wraparound balcony with sun loungers, table, and chairs. All rooms have direct access to the balcony.

Our spacious apartment is within a small condominium with a swimming pool in Arco da Calheta town, which is a very attractive village that has a social center, coffee shops, bars, and a number of small supermarkets that sell everything you need. The locals say that Arco da Calheta has the best micro-climate. The apartment is in a quiet location. Just 5 minutes from Calheta Beach with its golden sandy beaches, Marina with dolphin and whale watching excursions, and deep-sea fishing boats for charter. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops. banks, a big supermarket named 'Pingo Doce'. Driving towards Funchal you will find Madalena do Mar where there are restaurants, bars, and a rocky beach. Further on is Ribeira Brava, with many quaint little shops plus a small market, a large supermarket & a number of restaurants.

Location description: Travel: Airport at 45 minutes. Coach tours. Because Madeira is a relatively small island a rented car makes the property as a good base also for sightseeing.
Entertainment: Madalena do Mar restaurant is one of the best seafront restaurants on Madeira Island! As well Calheta beach restaurants are very good with restaurants, the Marina of Calheta beach, its sand golden beach and the supermarket “Pingo Doce” for a big shopping or as well Ribeira Brava town with all services, shops and supermarket “Continente”. The property provided a good base from which to tootle off and explore nearby villages and towns, walking during the day along Madeira's fantastic Levedas and whiling away the afternoons in the secluded garden sun trap surrounded by banana trees. Have double aspect views of the sea and the mountain and was filled with sunshine for a morning cup of tea in bed! Only nature and relax!

3: After receiving the key and accepting the accommodation in the check-in that you saw the property there is not any refund.
4: In case you are not satisfied with the accommodation after check-in you have 1 (One) to a maximum of 3 (three) hours to claim to us presenting your position and proof such as standard photographs - not with microscopy cameras zoom.
5: If you the guest still dislike the accommodation after 24 hours of arrival must negotiate any resolution directly with us and the owner or his representative, not with the online travel agency that you select the advertising.

9: The house has the capacity for people who lease it comfortably in beds; more is to be noted that the lessee shall not bring in any moment others extra guests those identified herein.
10: If any problem happens or you need assistance; please be educated and friendly with our representative. Do not in any circumstance be rude, ugly, bossy, or do not demonstrate superiority to our local representative. Remember always that you are not in your own house or country and the locals have their own different culture. So, we advise that we are not responsible if you act in a bad manner.
11: Avoid damage and disgruntled neighbors.
12: If the owner demonstrates any breakage in the accommodation within proves inside 48 hours after you check out; you will assume the costs of repair or the value to replace any equipment or material produced by the breakage during your stay.

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Balkon waren super. Auto sollte man haben, wird in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage abgestellt.
    Alles perfekt!”
