New apartment Lory with a pool and sea view

This brandly new apartment is situated in the most popular area in Istria in the town Medulin. Medulin is well known with a sandy beach Bijeca. A lot of people comes to visit a little and nice town with a interesting history and a location. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building with a few apartments. In front is a parking place for a car and on the other side of a building is a nice, common and big pool with surface of a 50m2. From the pool where you will enjoy in a hot summer days is a wonderful view to the sea. The apartment has a surface of a 49m2 and it consists of a one bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a shower and washing machine, kitchen and living room with a sofa for 2 persons (recommendable for a 2 kids).     “Nicht ganz im Zentrum von Medulon, deswegen sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto allesgut zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Plodine) ganz n der Nähe. Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich um alles kümmert!”

    “Die Unterkunft liegt nicht so weit, cä 400m / ca. 10 min Gehzeit vom Strand entfernt. Ruhiger Kieselstrand, mit bunt-gemischten glatten Steinen, flach abfallend. Den Pool haben wir dazwischen oder spät Abend benutzt, eine tolle Sache. Wohnung für 4- Köpfige Familie ausreichend. Sehr gut ausgestattet, großer Kleiderschrank, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Küchennische mit Kühlschrak, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr und Besteck....bis auf Gefriertruhe.
    Dafür haben wir Eis nur in der Stadt gegessen, war immer lecker.
    In der nähe mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Restaurants ohne Ende. An der Promenade Menschenmasse, immer voll. Man kann ruhig in der Altstadt essen, weit von Lärm, gibt schöne familiengeführte Restaurants.”

    “Positiv: Gut gefallen hat uns der Herr der uns die Schlüssel gegeben hat! Wir haben ihn angerufen weil der Toiletten Sitz kaputt war, innerhalb kürzester Zeit hat er einen neuen installiert. Einen Tag später hat er angerufen und uns frische feigen gebracht. Zur Ankunft gab es eine Flasche selbst gemachten schnaps aus Istrien. Sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!”

Par contre: Trop chaud durant le séjour dans notre appartement et rien à changé malgré notre remarque Impossible de dormir lors de notre dernière nuit malheureusement! Musique beaucoup trop forte dans la salle communale trop près du bâtiment Rapport-qualité prix ok avec le rabais pour la semaine mais trop cher sans rabais Personne peu aimable pour recevoir des informations.J ai dû appeler le lendemain pour réserver avec une personne aimable”
