Beautiful vacation home with private pool in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa, directly on the sea of the Hyblian coast, just 300 meters from the marina. The large and fenced garden around the partly round stone house, is well kept and has valuable plants from all over the world (the owner is a botanical enthusiast). The ground floor serves as a garage, storage room for the boat and for tools for garden maintenance. The villa extends upstairs: bright living room with large French doors, TV and reading corner, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms one of which with access exclusively from the outside, 2 bathrooms, laundry room. Two covered terraces, one in front of the bedroom with external access and the other with access from the hallway between the bedroom and dining room. In the garden, guests can enjoy table and chairs under the shady trees, swinging couch as well as barbecue area. Beautiful salt water swimming pool (overlooking the sea), equipped with deck chairs and armchairs for relaxing and sunbathing. The owner has a well-known company for wine production and is happy to organize a tasting of wine and local products in his wine cellars by prior arrangement. Marina di Ragusa with its characteristic narrow streets is a lively seaside resort with stores and services of all kinds, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, fine sandy beaches and a crystal clear sea, a well-equipped marina. Good starting point for visiting baroque towns of Val di Noto such as Scicli (19 km), Modica (28 km), Ragusa Ibla (29 km), Noto (65 km). Also easily accessible are cities of art such as Syracuse (100 km) and Catania (125 km). 25 km Comiso (airport).
