It is surrounded by olive groves, very private and tranquil. Ideal for families or couple seeking a perfect place for a summer holiday. The villa is comfortable, fully air-conditioned and boasts a large private swimming pool, mediterranean garden and private car park. All services are included in the price and there are no extra charges.

  • The modern spacious family villa has all the facilities for a perfect family holiday. It includes an air-conditioned open plan lounge with a fireplace, dining and fully-fitted kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with large wardrobes and French doors and a family bathroom with Roman style sunken bath pool. Ample sitting is available and the open plan makes the space extra comfortable and enjoyable.

  • All the mod cons and facilities, bedlinen, towels and beach towels are provided as well as fast WiFi and NETFLIX free of charge. Welcome hamper with wine and local products is included. 24/7 assistance on site is available throughout the stay and professional cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels is part of the service. There is no extra charge for anything and all services are included in the booking price.

  • The villas has a private dedicated drive and car port available to our guests.
  • WHAT'S OUTSIDE
  • Outside there are two pergola-covered terraces for alfresco dining with wonderful views across the surrounding olive groves and distant mountains. The villa is designed for the ideal self-catering holiday and has a large brick-built BBQ outside with table and chairs - perfect for those balmy evenings at the villa.

  • Focal point at the villa is the large private swimming pool suitable for the whole family with a shallow and deep area and steps. The pool is cleaned professionally twice a week during the tourist season and is regularly filtered.
  • LARGE PRIVATE GARDEN
  • The private garden which belongs to the villa features many examples of the local Mediterranean flora and has plenty of space for kids to play around. 
  • LOCATION
  • The villa is located within 5 min. drive to Panormo sandy beach. In the sea resort Panormo you can find also a tourist information office, many tavernas, shops and hotels, ATM points and many other facilities. Other nearby sandy beaches, suitable also for diving and snorkeling, are located within 15 min. drive from the villa. The magnificent sandy beach of Rethymno, about 10 miles in length, is within 30 min. drive from the villa. The south cost with its unspoiled coves and dramatic cliffs, crystal clear, sparkling water is within 1hr. drive.
  • THE LOCAL VILLAGE
  • The villa is located in the outskirts of the charming traditional village Roumeli which is within walking distance. The local taverna, shops and cafes are on the doorstep. In the village you can sit in one of the cafes and enjoy a cup of Greek coffee with the friendly locals or you can pop down to the local taverna to taste the traditional delicacies on offer like a real Cretan moussaka.
  • ARRIVAL AND SERVICES
  • All our guests will be met personally at arrival. Full assistance upon request is available 24/7 during the holiday. Professional services including cleaning and bedlinen change will be provided.

The owners will not be held liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest's property even though it was not due to any fault of the owners or for any other reason. The owners will not be held liable for any personal injury or death arising from the guest's negligence or for any other reason or incur by reason of any claim on account of death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Party Liable or for any other reason.
