Holiday home in Ricadi, just 350 m from the Riaci Bay with its crystal clear sea and white beach. On the ground floor a living room with fireplace and a small kitchen which opens onto a glass-enclosed dining room for cooler evenings. Outside a well-kept garden and a living area with table, chairs, wood-burning oven, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and outdoor bathroom. On the 1.st floor the master bedroom with bathroom and a covered terrace from where you can admire beautiful sunsets. The second bedroom has glass walls and a low sloping roof. The sea can be reached on foot or by car (small and steep road with traffic lights). Just 1 Km from Tropea.

    “Es war ein sehr nettes Haus , das große Schlafzimmer hatte gleich das Bad und einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr schön. Dafür war das zweite doch ein wenig klein. Leider war es wirklich nicht so sehr sauber, auch wir haben erst mal durchgewischt. Ja, und die Duschen waren auch ein wenig alt und es kam doch sehr wenig Wasser raus, auch nur kaltes. Hinten im kleinen Garten war aber eine Dusche die okay war. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, war die Außenkochstelle mit Grill.     “Het is een uniek huis met een heel eigen stijl en een prachtige tuin in een rustige en veilige buurt. Badkamers zijn prettig, er is een wasmachine. Prima. Zeker goed voor de prijs. Minpunt wel is dat het niet erg schoon is. De toiletten, de vloeren, de kasten, de gordijnen, het was allemaal niet schoon en erg stoffig. Wij hebben besloten daar 'doorheen te kijken'. De bedden zijn niet heel best, maar moet zeggen dat di voor de meeste vakantiehuizen geldt. Ook is er geen internet.
