Holiday house with private pool for 13 guests

This quietly located holiday home is situated in Montelupo Fiorentino, on a hillside area named Bobolino. It offers a great view of the valley and the town of Montelupo Fiorentino.

The outside area includes a lot of perks to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest: a vast dining area, a small basketball court for kids, table soccer, table tennis. A furnished patio is the ideal place to relax and enjoy delicious food. Furthermore, a grill and pizza oven are available. A large, exclusive and fenced swimming pool (kids pool: 90 cm depth, 2x5 m; adults pool: 1.5 m depth, 12x6 m) equipped with sun loungers and shades. The holiday home is surrounded by a large, lush garden with orchards and various plants with fresh flowers and fruit.

The house has a total of six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room. The living area extends over two levels. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is equipped with everything you need to cook and dine comfortably in a large group, including a fizzy water maker, oven, fridge with freezer, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

On the ground floor, you can find four bedrooms and four bathrooms; two of the bedrooms have a double bed and their own bathroom with shower, one bedroom has two single beds and its bathroom with shower, one bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub with jacuzzi. Upon request, a third bed can be added to the room with two single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, towel dryer and hairdryer. The three rooms with the double bed enjoy direct access to the outside area. Furthermore, each bedroom features a television with international channels. Upon request, a maximum of two children’s beds for children of up to three years of age can be provided.

On the first floor, there is a large and bright living room with large windows and a large terrace, which offers a great view of Montelupo and Capraia. The living room has a television (satellite TV). Additionally, there are two bedrooms: one features a double bed and private bathroom with shower, one features three single beds and private bathroom with shower.

You can access the holiday home via a private road. A large parking area inside the property fits a total of up to 6 cars. The parking area features electric car recharge station (22kwh plug type 2).
Upon request, the landlord offers a transfer to / from the town of Montelupo (prices on request).

The property is equipped with four photovoltaic units, a solar thermal collector and a rainwater collection system.

The property is very conveniently located and connected to highways (800 mt) and railways (2km).

The surroundings offer a variety of sightseeing, and nearby you can find Firenze, Vinci, Volterra, San Gimignano, etc. The surrounding area is characterized by Tuscan countryside of rare beauty. It is further known not only for art and culture, but also for its wines and its culinary tradition. The town of Montelupo Fiorentino is about 2 km away and has good public transport connections (train, bus). The distance to the airport of Florence is 24 km. Florence can be reached by train within 20 minutes, while Milan and Rome can be reached within two hours. The distance to Pisa is 60 km. The distance to the motorway is 0.8 km.

Please note that this is a reduced capacity version of our villa which can host up to 17 guests when required - in this case, for convenience of smaller groups, two rooms are removed form the availability and the villa can be used for up to 13 guests.
