In the first row, right on the marina the port village, this beautiful holiday house. The port village Zerpenschleuse is ideally located between Berlin and the Werbellinsee are able to enjoy all year round a relaxing holiday in the green north of Brandenburg between water and meadow.
The house is bright and decorated in a Scandinavian style. The modern furniture and the many wooden bear much to the coziness.

As a special part of this house has its own boat jetty. You can bring your boat and start your trips right outside the front door here.

The gallery-like scale first floor offers due to the large picture windows that extend from floor to roof, a beautiful view. So you can enjoy from different corners of the house the unique view of the enchanting landscape, the water and the activity at the port.

On the open terrace there are garden furniture and a grill, so you can enjoy family meals in the open.

Even in the winter months the port village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the cottage you can warm up after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy woods in front of the room lit fireplace in the living room. Under the spa shower in the spacious bathroom on the ground floor, it can also relax. Here in the port village you can relax on the soul throughout the year and really breathe once again.

In addition to the cottage village of the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century runs. Surrounded by forests and meadows, surrounded by the same number of waterways, this area is a paradise for boaters, bikers and hikers.
