The home is located on a fenced and large plot of approximately 12,000 sqm with olive and fruit trees and a variety of Mediterranean plants, where you can enjoy the idyllic landscape. The power supply runs exclusively on solar panels, so that the power consumption is limited. This property consists of two separate apartments. On the first floor are the bedrooms no. 3, a bathroom and a kitchen with exit to the terrace. On the ground floor are the bedrooms no. 1, a bathroom, the kitchen and the lounge with fireplace and bedroom no. 2., each with separate entrances. Enjoy being together on the terrace with barbecue. In a few minutes drive you reach the nearest beaches and the center of Pučišća.
